A little more about how I work.
I built Tijori - Falcon's design system - from scratch. It covers all six product verticals, cut component duplication by ~60%, and kept things coherent as the team grew from 12 to 92 people.
Day-to-day I work end-to-end: research, architecture, interaction, motion, dev handoff. I sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance - which in fintech is where most of the real design decisions happen.
